We have known this swimming pool and the super friendly team for more than 15 years, when we come on vacation. There has been a change in the masters swimming team in recent months. It is no longer a pleasure to go there because it has lost all the sympathy, benevolence and very family spirit of the team that welcomed us before. Today, it is only reproaches and prohibitions. My advice n°1: choose the right swimming line before you get yelled at! My advice n°2: tell your children that all games and fun are forbidden to them, including the big slide when it is open! What a pity !!! Luckily we can do plenty of other activities elsewhere... unlikely to return
Entrance price too expensive for this pool. And what a shame that lifeguards don't know the difference between swimming shorts and a swimsuit 🩳. A word of advice: come with a tight or even ultra-tight swimsuit, otherwise it won't work. …
HORRIBLE TEAM! In this pool, a lifeguard invents excuses not to let certain children go on the slide when it is open. The same prohibits them from playing with pool equipment when other children can borrow them and play. The same asks the children who have not had this equipment to put away the one they were not allowed to use. And the list is long of prohibitions! Is there a crime of facies ??? One may ask ! Scandalous!
TO FLEE ! We are outraged by the behavior of Aquacap's new team of lifeguards! These new lifeguards speak poorly to children and adults, dispute customers for no reason. Children are not welcomed, cannot play with pool equipment and cannot buy treats on sale. This pool used to have a super friendly, welcoming and caring team. We won't come here again. It's a shame !
The water temperature is extremely low. We didn't stay long. All this to save money! This was the last time we returned.
Very pleasant swimming pool, clean changing rooms, friendly welcome. But it's a real shame that slide access is no longer allowed for children under 6 years old, whereas it was without problem before (as long as they know how to swim, or between the legs of their parents) . It would be nice to review this rule :-)
